Has anyone else not been able to redeem there VIP points,this message appears,

If you got much more bonus money compared to deposits this can happen. Some other players experienced the same there.

If you occasionally make a $20 deposit or a higher amount at once to the company, you should be able to use VIP points. When you constantly engage in live chat, occasionally say positive words to them and treat them well, you will see the benefits of this.

Yes my account got suspended end of September after depositing $25 for free spins and deposited $30 in October and just deposited $10 on Saturday. Checked my vip points today and is at $83.94 now and still suspended. I talked to Jamie live agent and he said it is up to headquarters when they release it. Live agents have no control of suspensions.

Yes I have and I’ve made many more deposits than bonus money. So it’s not cool
 
what words to say to chat to fix rewards riches proboems and check for free ? because i spend alot and dont get nothing even when i was i diamond everything that they claim you get when i come to diamond i didnt get…..

Yes I had that happen to me cause I I won and cashed out 3 times in a short period of time one of which was from a bonus I recieved back at the beginning of 2024 and it was on my account for about a month month and a half maybe and then while that restriction was on my account low and behold to my utter surprise I hit a $135000 win off one 52.50 spin on immortal romance which ultimately i ended up cashing out $14300 i screamed so loud I lost my voice for 3 days and what was even more ironic is that I won on April 1st and then what was even more crazy later that I proceeded to win another $35000 on the same game. So after all of that my restriction was removed. So hopefully its a good luck sign for you.

Sorry correction I cashed out $143000 not $14300 I forgot a zero

The 25th anniversary promotion is almost finished, but they still haven't released the bonus worldwide. It's unbelievable! This casino can't launch a promotion together with the whole world. We always get one promotion finished, and that's just annoying.

But how many people simply never come back because it’s such a pain in the ass to wait 5-14 days? 5 days is the fastest they’ve paid me out, and I simply don’t have that kind of patience.

At some point they’ll need to step up their game.
