Thats correcy, i have read that in the terms conditions, but how strange that they have do a maintenance when im on my gold surge lol.. they have do alot of maintenance before and it was just the live chat who not working. Can play and deposit but thay day i cannot join the websites lolll they probably dont want me to take another free money in the rewards.

Keep in mind, they do need to run scheduled maintenance to keep things running smoothly for us. If they didn’t, it’d be a nightmare.

Been sending two a day for months and reviews in trust whatever it is. Hopefully soon. Thank u for being kind to offer some insight of what to do. Many wouldn't do that. I actually copy and paste and change how many days and hours since the "temporary suspension that will be lifted very soon" as they call it, has been in effect for. Fingers and toes are crossed

They've all been disconnected. They leased it out again almost two years ago so its not like before. And change is good I just wish it was easier to get answers and be treated kindly like we used to be. But it is what it is. Positive vibes ill be released before 18 months lol but that's tomorrow

I deposited in a promo and a made a separate deposit that same day, that's why I wondered why I didn't get more than 4 days streak. Anyway thanks for your input and I know I won't be depositing extra than my usual deposits the same day anymore.

I know that, but in 4 years not a times i cannot join the websites, right on my gold surge i join a website call the waiting room and lost 6 hours lolll Im sure they have down my servers, i have play so much you can't imagine what they do. One time on Loto quebec casino websites i have won 500$ and the games crash and i go back to lobby, my 500$ are not in my account and my historical dont show my win so i call the assistance i have talk to the technician he said he can see on ther computer what i have win or my play. He said he see i have play and i have win nothing... He saw the progress of the game because he said that the progress is recorded as if you were recording a video and said i have win Nothing! Haha these guys kinda suck sometimes because I’ll log in once in a while and kind of get a little excited when I skim past a poorly “worded” comment that I have to read three times to understand.

In the last 6 months, I paid $1000 every month, I reached the gold status level and earned a maximum of $1900 in a few months
and the last reward riches I paid $100 to prevent the level from falling,
there is no gain and the level was reset, now the silver level has dropped and today I have to pay $50.
Unfortunately, there was no victory, I contacted customer representatives, they told me to follow the daily promotion,
they said I had no other alternative, there is nothing but a deposit.
