11 years of playing and I've been demoted down to silver. Think I'll start going to a live casino.
me too!! They took 85 points from me to drop me to silver for the third month in a row. The last two months I have gone to chat and advised them that they have made a error not once, not twice, now three times. I literally don't give a rats rearend anymore. I think I have actually received less bonuses since I have been gold.

I have both deposited and wagered enough all three months. They somehow like to continue to try and piss me off.
