IT makes no sense to ask the live chat because they have no information how the promotion team is working....
Last time after a promo was going out I was able to claim it 6 weeks later.
When you ask the chat they will say you are not invited....wast of time.
Just be patient.

Once you click on the “click here for live chat button” the bot asks how they can assist all you need to type is “mystery box” sometimes you’ll get right away other times you need to say “no”to the did I answer your questions and then “yes” to them finding more bonuses for you.
