Yes, this! The thing is, people think they are being “targeted” by not receiving offers on purpose but in reality they are not ELIGIBLE in the first place. That could be for many reasons - your Country, your status level, your points, your deposit amount and time frame of the deposits, how many different casinos you play at in the CR family, how long it’s been since you logged in to those casinos, how much you’ve played at those casinos etc. There would be so many factors that there’s no way for us to tell if we are actually supposed to receive the promos until we are personally invited via email or post or SMS etc for our own individual account. I don’t blame the CR staff for requesting the forum to not allow posts of bonuses, because imagine how much more stressful your job would be as a CSR, on top of the usual irate customers chatting in about legitimate issues but also people irate and belligerent about these promos? Never mind that it takes away customer service to the other people, since the top has to take the time to look up the account and spend time looking into it etc. Sometimes people just need to think about it and put themselves in someone else’s shoes to realize the other side of things. I completely understand the frustration of spending money and not feeling appreciated but it’s not doing any good to complain. And getting things for free is fantastic, but we all know NOTHING is ever really free in this world! ❤️

Hey everyone first time poster long time creeper lol I appreciate you and your posts. Thank you. On that note, my withdrawal is still pending from Saturday morning. I can never get a straight answer from the casino reps but it might be because I’m wording it wrong. They say if my winnings are 5 times greater than all my deposits they are going to release 4000 once a week until it’s paid out. What I want to know is it going to stay pending so I have the option to reverse it, the whole time? I won last year and the pending and option went away after about 4 days. Any insight would help. Thanks in advance.
