Usually the automated chat tells me I don't have any available but when I ask a real person in the chat they go look into your account and sometimes they will say they found one depending if you deposit on regular base and your vip status they will sometime say they found one for you and load it into your page
Makes sense ,everytime they put me through to real person it's over an hour wait time
Well depend wich status you have.. When I'm diamond vip the chat ask you to choose between automated or real person and usually take me about only 5 to 10 min to go through.
If you don't deposit regularly or do not play often and have a lower vip point status it is longer and harder to get through and speak to a person. But it's perfectly normal that they want to accommodate regular players that actually deposit money... To reward them with gifts.If people that barely deposit and try to just mooch free stuff it's normal that they will have to be more patient and go through more loop to aquire free stuff. It's just normal for business to adopt this format.
