Have you noticed when you start a chat with a supervisor, you are number 2 in queue, then all of a sudden your are number 4 or 5 or more

Do you know why this is?

For me it's say all time you are 2-3 in queue waiting time 10-15 mins... and each time i wait like 5 seconds and the supervisor appear..
