The milestone guaranteed win is in the ‘Streak’ section which is below the ‘Rewards Riches’ section on that page. Once you’ve reached the milestone day a button appears below your streak days. On the milestone day when your page turns gold the normal Rewards Riches button just seems to give better prizes. But sometimes they do still suck with the thunderball numbers.
Unfortunately Ive never been able to claim this Milestone Guaranteed Win. I press the button, it disappears and nothing happens lol. I’ve talked with support and my host and I’ve gotten no where with it. Support just tells me that I’ve received all my prizes. The whole thing is still pretty fresh for them too.

The very weird thing is that when i dropped from blue to green I went onto human chat host and when I explained what I was seeing on my Rewards Riches page , she literally told me that it was impossible. That CRs don't bump down tiers nor do they take away thunderballs or streaks. I told her that this is exactly what happened on my page. She kept repeating that I was an inactive player for days. I told her that in 24 hours I had deposited almost $200.00 and had played for hours and hours. She wouldn;t believe me. That is kinda of strange that she had access to my account , could obviously she what I was saying was the truth, but, she just kept repeating herself over and over that I was an inactive player. That was maddening. So I literally just dropped the chat, and went to MGM put in my last $10 of fun money and cashed out $500.00.

Even though I have always enjoyed playing at CRs things have changed sooooo much since the bot came on. They do not answer emails what so ever. Chats a waste and the damn bot and his 6 FS on Noble Sky

I fell ill for a week and wasn’t playing and I lost my streak and gold status and was only able to claim Rewards Riches every 24 hours. After making a deposit it went back to how it was where I could claim every 2 hours.

Non English readers would be highly unlikely to look back and try to translate every post to find what they looking for. Possibly only jump on to ask for link and only wait for direct response with link? Idk. Adds some humour I guess. Lol.

Third time an unfortunate problem like this happen an make me loose my strike. And plus over 6 rewards I couldn't claim
:( it might just be the kick i needed to start depositing less money on there.

I can't even count the prizer boxes I wasn't able to claim. But, just as I predicted I am back down to the bottom of the tiers , no streak, and thunderball gone. Now as well I am not even elligible to get a reward, have to deposit to start again. I am done with the whole thing.
