It was kind of humour as they say "guaranted win" and I didn't lolThe milestone guaranteed win is in the ‘Streak’ section which is below the ‘Rewards Riches’ section on that page. Once you’ve reached the milestone day a button appears below your streak days. On the milestone day when your page turns gold the normal Rewards Riches button just seems to give better prizes. But sometimes they do still suck with the thunderball numbers.
Unfortunately Ive never been able to claim this Milestone Guaranteed Win. I press the button, it disappears and nothing happens lol. I’ve talked with support and my host and I’ve gotten no where with it. Support just tells me that I’ve received all my prizes. The whole thing is still pretty fresh for them too.

The support wants to tell you that the deposit didn't take place even though you have already played, then the support says it has been credited, it will appear on my page at some point, then they say that there was a system error in the casino and I should click on it again and deposit something again, after which they don't go into it at all and say that they understand that I'm not happy with my withdrawal, but they're only there for technical problems. it's a technical problem! I'm slowly getting to the point where I've paid in for the last time. I have been a customer at the casino for 20 years, but what has happened in the last 2 years is very sad
