How does the status tier timeline work

I achieved diamond on Jan 31st CANADA time
And I know casinorewards are located on diff time zone like they are like 9-12 hours ahead

So did I just achieve diamond status for the month of February only and not Feb - March cause it should stay there for a remainder of the current month plus the next month?

In our time yea I guess it was the remainder of the current month Jan 31st then rest of feb

But on their time didnt I just recieve it their feb1st and should get it for all of feb - March

fight it for sure.....get to a human and figure it out really quick....they may reverse their decision to put you at the diamond

Has anyone cashed out CR's Ontario yet? And if so what is the time like now?

I Cashed out at a diferent casino and was exactly 31 minutes!!!!! Mike (admin) says it normal now but,this is my first go at it. More than 1 hour has passed and nothing has happened yet.

I think casinorewards keeps the 48 hr pending also for you. The do not process it faster.

This is the standard processing rule from them.
