I deposited $10 on reward riches I didn’t get my reward and then it locked up stating I need to play more games to receive my rewards so I did and then it said to deposit to maintain my streak????like wtf didn’t I just do that??and what fucking streak? I didn’t even get a streak spoke to support twice was held up their with their annoying bullshit small talk ..all for them to tell me that my rewards there and when I accept it my streak will begin…BULLSHIT!!!the only streak I got was the bullshit that was streaking out their mouths there was no reward no streak beginning just a fucking scam is all that is it pisses me off yeah it’s not a lot of money but it’s the principle…I’ve been scammed by them a few times now and I’m gonna lose my shit (even more) and put a stop to this shit ..when you talk to support they just put you on hold talk a lot of shit then leave you even more helpless at the end and PISSED OFF I hope they read this because I’m so disgusted with them

Been there too. Depending on what level Rewards Riches you are in, with a 10$€ sometimes is not enough. When its flashing red you have 24h to deposit and play to keep level and streak. If the prize glitches, go to chatbot and write " box did not open " it will give you a " open box " option in chat. Or just refresh page and go back to RR, it should give u the prize animation. They fixed most of the problems in the new RR, but sometimes it still glitches. I once press " open box " many times and nothing happen, then i refresh page and 5 minutes later i received like 5 separate rewards from one box lol. Good luck.
