Yes so if a player isn't eligible then the link etc will not work for them. So I don't really see why they are making a mountain out of a molehill.

Kinda bunk if can’t share any info at all on promos anymore. This here site been my source. I’m usually diamond status, prolly been near 10 years, but I don’t receive the snail mail offers etc. If they aren’t supposed to be offered to me then, idk, that’d be really kinda effed up lol.
