Players are able to combine their loyality points generated at both Casinos to play at one of them.

You can do this at the loyality manager inside the casino software.

How :cool: is that?

Theres also some other groups that are doing this also.I seen it on one of the other sites.So if there a group people might want to look into this.

Well...need I say more??? I combined my points a few days ago and it worked well. Why should they offer anything within their software that they don´t have???

Be sure if I post a promotion...I know what I´m talking about.

Maybe Marc should play at the casino he´s working for!

May I upfront extend our apologies for the runaround you've received in regards to your forum post. I can confirm that our loyalty manager programs facilitates the consolidation of one players Rich Reels account with their Villento Las Vegas account and vice versa.

In other words, you may earn loyalty points at Rich Reels and redeem these at Villento Las Vegas and vice versa. This does however require that you have the accounts consolidated from within the loyalty manager.

In terms of the information passed on to you by Marc; unf.o.r.t.u.n.a.tely this was a miscommunication on our part which has been addressed - please accept my apologies in this regard.
