Have any of you heard whether the economic slowdown has had any impact on how much money people are gambling with online and I wonder if traditional casinos are feeling the crunch too.

I have not heard whether the economic slowdown has had any impact on how much money people are gambling with online, But I think that in times like these People can and do get pretty desperate in looking for a quick fix to their own finacial woes...and in doing so actually spend more

yikes! I would hate for gambling to be thought of as a quick fix because in my experience although it can be a great deal of fun I am not relying on my winnings to pay the bills!

I am unsure. There are still going to be people who going to spend money. And, some people are going to spend less money.
