i'm downloading the casino now and my account will be slidster the same as aways.do we know much about this one are they safe to deposit at or do you know.it seems there is so much question about rtg's i onl deposit at inetbet at this time i'd like another rtg to play at

Just thought I would post the transcript from my chat with live support, I found it interesting that accounts are taken over by other casinos:

James: Hello and welcome to our live chat service. My name is James. How may I help you?
you: Hi James, I joined the casino yesterday and today I tried to login and received a msg saying that I was not allowed to login
James: May I have your username please?
you: ajf316
James: thanks, ok Anne, give it another go, lets see if you can get in now
you: ok one sec
you: yes its fine now, what would have been the problem
James: its because there was an old account of yours that was connected to this one, we only allow one account per person so thats why the system automatically blocked you. Its no worries though now, just keep using this account.
you: oh sorry I was told it was a new casino
James: yeah its pretty new, the casino took over alot of accounts from other casino's as well so its pretty likely that that is where the account came from
you: oh i see, well thanks for your help
James: no probs, have a good day

No we dont know much as of yet, due they are new, we have the aff manager on our contact list and talked to him daily in the last days, he was always available for us.
