I don't know if it's only for certain countries, they asked me to send those docs, on Cyber Club, haven't tried the other one, but i guess it's the same. After registering i received this e-mail :

Nope, not yet.. still waiting, support keeps telling me that the guys in charge with these verifications are too busy and they hope my docs will get verified on Tuesday...but i'm not so sure it will be done by then..they move incredibly slow, Friday i waited like 6 hours before someone answered me.
