Grand hotel deposits

GOODMORNING EVERYONE

I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS A PROBLEM DEPOSITING IN THE GRAND HOTEL CASINO.
I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES USING ALL ACCESS PREPAID VISA CARDS. I TRIED DIFFERENT AMOUNTS UP TO $50.00. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHY AND I SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE THE CARDS. THEY TOLD ME TO TRY OTHER METHODS BUT I PREFER TO USE THESE CARDS.

I'm not real sure Ruey, but a few months ago,
i tried to use a pre paid card to make a deposit, and i tried like 8 different
places and none of those places the deposit would go through. Maybe its on
All Access Visa's side or the bank they use?​

Ahh, thats pitty Ruey its a good online casino group. Sorry that I cant help you with this since I never use a CC to deposit.

I always prefer Neteller or Moneybookers. Really the very best options in my opinion.
Credit Card companies changing their rules many times. One day you can use it and the next day not anymore,
I also really dont like to enter my CC details easy anywhere online.

I had the same trouble at another group with the all access.

you could also try depositing into your quicktender account
and the use that to deposit to the Casino's

You can use the visa & master cards on moneybrokers , then put the money into the casino that way too

Some of the pre-paid card companys , don't let you spend the money for online Casino and poker rooms !!! , but they do work at royal rummy for some reason. I know that because i play there alot these days , LOL

ruey93 I have found that sometimes if you use an odd number
such as $19.99 or $25.01 that deposits will go through using a prepaid card

This is what I know! I most of the time only use my prepaid visa cards purchase at the mall near by me and I can also order through their website which usually takes 7 hours to deliver to my
email and it's ready to go($2.00 fee). They work at fortune lounge casinos(my favorite) but I noticed that whenever I deposit for even number like $50 or $100 it automatically charges $49.99
or $99.95...like Vicky said.

I have tried once to deposit at vegas 7 which is sister casino from grand hotel it didn't work(viper) and no Rivals, Rtg... so I am out of luck most of the time but that's fine since I like micro's anyway.
I also use Net spend,all access card which worked at rivals, rtg, but I found out that many retailers who used to carry(reload the balance) are having some problems so haven't used it quiet a while.
($3..~4.95 to reload, depends on which store you go) I tried to deposit at quick tender with my bank debt card and credit was refused by my bank and all I have is American express card which of course
won't go through.I didn't want to sign up for ewallet express cause it is directly from my bank and my hubby won't let me use my banking to gamble... so I am as always stay with Royal Vegas and my
new found love,Grand Mondial...and Royal Joker.good luck I hope you will figure things out.

My first three deposits I used the netspend pre paid allaccess visa at one of the Rivials and had no problems with the deposit. When I went to go deposit there the next time, the deposit was denied.

I kepet trying and kept getting denied. I then tried all the other Rivals and was denied there also. I called netspend and was told by them that my card should be able to make the deposit with no problem.
I contacted Rival support and was told that they were having tech problems and to try later. Said it affected all the Rivals. A couple of days later a received an email from Rival saying that there tech problems
have been resolved and I should now be able to make my deposit. Tried again and still denied. Support told me again that they are still having a few problems and to try again later. I haven;t tried yet , but
received another email from them yesterday saying that it has been resolved. I then used my personal visa credit card to make a deposit at one of the Rivals ( which I don't like to do ) but wanted to see if it
would work and it did. This has been just in the last two weeks. In the meantime I made a deposit at iNetbet using the same card and the deposit went through just fine. Made several deposits there with
no problem. I am going to try again, as I really like the Rivals, and iNetbet is great also.

Just wanted to let you know what I have been experiencing and if anyone else has had that problem and was told about tech problems. Sorry for such a long post.
