Not only has it been in the same spot for several month, but I clicked on it every month for quite a few months now and it was never credited. I had a many problems in the past with opting in and never recognizing my participation in the promos. Then I saw or read somewhere that they did indeed have a problem with that opting in and it was supposedly fixed. I had sent emials to my vip rep and they went unanswered.

Next weekend I must to make deposit and then play, wait one week and then claim x spot.
