Holland Casino Rotterdam organizes poker tournament for Erasmus MC Foundation
On Sunday, November 10, 2024, Holland Casino Rotterdam will organize a special poker tournament that is entirely dedicated to the Erasmus MC Foundation.
The buy-in for the tournament is €200 plus a fee of €50, with the entire fee going to the Erasmus MC Foundation.
During the special poker tournament for the Erasmus MC Foundation, everyone at Holland Casino Rotterdam will do their bit.
Dealers, brushes, and waiters from the establishment will work on a voluntary basis on their original day off.
This makes it possible for the entire fee, which is normally used to cover costs, to go to charity.
The poker tournament is called “Poker against cancer”, with the aim of raising as much money as possible for the Erasmus MC Foundation.
The tournament will start at 4:00 PM and players will receive a starting stack of 15,000 chips.
Until the end of level 6, players can make an unlimited re-entry, while blind levels will last twenty minutes.
A total of 80 poker enthusiasts can participate in the tournament. If the tournament sells out, that means at least 80 times €50 for the Erasmus MC Foundation.
Extra prizes
As mentioned, the buy-in for the tournament is €250, of which 80% will go into the regular prize pool. In addition to the regular prize pool,
Holland Casino Rotterdam has also made extra prizes available for poker players. These prizes will be awarded from the last eighteen players in the tournament.
The extra prizes include three tickets for the €300 Main Event of the Rotterdam Rounders Poker Festival in December.
There are also five tickets for a €200 event of your choice at the poker festival in Rotterdam, and a few other small prizes.
