I am not sure if I can tell the name, but it doesn't matter. I not found anything here about them, this is meaning that they are not ok, because they are not new on the market.

Well, I'm new here and I'm pleased to see people posting all of their experiences, good and bad! Glad to hear this is a reputable site. It really does seem that way.

just an update, I am not escaped with the money and let you here. No. I am on working day 15 after approving now (and exactly 7 weeks after first try to wtihdraw) and waiting answers from payment and escalation team.

The first answer was just any bla bla. No helpful content inside.

Anything new Vaennyti?

Oh my god, that is sooooo ******** I am so sorry for you Magic1, I really can't understand that behavior from that casinos!!!!!! :((((((

I also havent the money yet... it is still approved, but not payed out... I have asked the support yesterday, but they always say the same, standard messages (10-14 >>buisness<< days) ... this is really unacceptable!
I really want to believe that we get the money, but it seems not so sure... :-/
Others would perhaps say"Okay, that was free money,doesn't matter", but I think, although it was free, we have to get it, its not about if it was free money, it is about the fact, that they don't pay the players out! :( That makes me angry .... I still have a bit of hope....

I do have holidays now from work, so I decided to make some more researches, perhaps I can find s.o. who can do sth.... if I know more, I let you know!!

As you are new, it is very nice to see, that you inform yourself about bad casinos! That is the first step , also to help others, to tell them about what you have found out about casinos, because of research or reading posts in forums and so on!

got again answer last week. They wanted again the ID card and I wonder about if they think I am stupid?

Tha payment team and the escalation is working on it (they say this). The 10 working days are long time ago now, the complete time is going near to two month now.

My hope is getting less day by day and I really like to know what they do if anyone wins with his own money a big amount. Must this person wait two month too???

The only thing which happened is: They changed my name in the newsletter with the promotions and I get more promotion mails than before. Just wondering how they could change it some weeks ago if they not have had my ID. The other name is just on my ID card.

I think, people, who have deposited their own money would get crazy, if they have to wait that unacceptable long time for their money!!

Did you have registrated with another name ,as the one on your ID-card?... they MUST have your documents!!! I think, they just want to push it more and more into the future, as long as you then say " Who cares, I don't want that money anymore! I think, they ( as well the casino,where I have to wait for my money) count on such a behaviour, so they don't have to pay in the end!... I don't know, what we can do more, only waiting is frustrating (sorry for language mistakes :-/ )... I still wait, too. But not that horrible long as you do! :(
I really don't know, what more to say! this is more than unacceptable, this is respectless.....

no not another name. I just have two first names and my surname and as they maybe don't know a German ID Card they don't know what name is which one. Before I got always my correct name in the newsletter and now I am just the two first names and no surname. Hahahaha. Without having my docs they guessed the second one of the first names.....hahahaha

Sorry my English is not the best but I try my best. :)
 
Hahaha, I understand ! So they definitly HAVE your documents, otherwise they could not know about your second name! They seem really not the cleverest people, he?! ;-) OR they just do like they aren't. I don't know! That could be all tactic! ...

So far, I hope we can make soon a ("Haken") checksymbol (don't know the word in english =] ) to that casinos.... Still hoping! (I am a hopless positive girl *smile*)

I am from Germany too and I would say: "set check mark" but finally I would say "tick off this casino".

I am so sad for you both about this XXXX casino.

One of the reasons for being a mod is preventing people of this things. Hopefully in all three languages which I write here.

If we can protect some people we do it. I really hope now after reading all that this casinos closes soon.

So three germans discuss here in their special english :roflmao::roflmao::roflmao: and by the way VaennyTi your english is IMHO fantastic :smiley:

Here the same, wrote two days ago again to Escalations and Payment. Just the acknowledgement of reading and no answer and no money. The two months are nearly full now and 18 days after approving.

Why they just say honestly and directly that they will never pay????
 
Yes, that would really be better for all of us, especially our nerves ;-)

I have written to the payout (wonder if there is really a payOUT department, better would be "The-Never-Pay-Department" or "The-slow-man-group" :D hahaha

Didn't get an answer till now, so I keep waiting and waiting.....

Perhaps we get payed, when they needed so much time,that we have forgotten it! Would be a nice surprise after a few month *a bit irony* ;-)

What really upsets me is the audacity to not even respond to emails. You feel like a madman.

Nothing. Just one acknowledgemail. Not any answer.

Today it os exactly ONE month after approval. So I can not see any longer now in the history anything about this incident.

The only new thing: I logged in today and got a pop up: "documents complete"

I start to get really angry now about this. I really hope that NOBODY will spent one cent in this casino.
