I also havent the money yet... it is still approved, but not payed out... I have asked the support yesterday, but they always say the same, standard messages (10-14 >>buisness<< days) ... this is really unacceptable!
I really want to believe that we get the money, but it seems not so sure... :-/
Others would perhaps say"Okay, that was free money,doesn't matter", but I think, although it was free, we have to get it, its not about if it was free money, it is about the fact, that they don't pay the players out!
That makes me angry .... I still have a bit of hope....
I do have holidays now from work, so I decided to make some more researches, perhaps I can find s.o. who can do sth.... if I know more, I let you know!!
