Yes this is also,what makes me angry, they always dont answer the questions, they always say the standard things, nothing specific to what you have asked!! :( I had written to the payout-department and got an email, this is what they have answered:

This sounds all like the same casino group and support workers.

Maybe really a one man show with five stickers for the computer (for self believing):
Monday > Support sticker
Tuesday > Payout sticker
Wednesday > Finance department sticker
Thursday > Manager Sticker
Friday > Escalation Sticker
Saturday and Sunday > FREE

This maybe explains why it takes so long...one person doing all...


If there is a casino license god please close such casinos quickly!

this is exactly the same mail I got 10 days ago...and after this nothing happened. I wrote again and got this morning:
Still pushing the processor with this payment, I’ll assure you that this will come out soon. I know is taking too long but we are trying to solve this situation with them.


As I said just time waisting. Today exactly two month that this withdrawal started and three days ago one month after approving.
 
Did the supporter who wrote you calles sth with S. at the beginning /as first name?! Perhaps they have only one person for the whole casino group! o_O

VaennyTi you have anything new? I just got two mails from them in the last days (beside of the promotion mails).

First one that they have to many cashouts and therefore delays and second one that I will get for sure my money.

I don't know, I want to believe them but after this long time I can not.

I really don't know,if they really pay us at the end... I don't count with that money,so I will be "happy",if I get an email,that they have done it,although I dont expect it...

But I really doubt it, this takes already to long

I don't let this casino make my eastern become bad ( think,the same is for Maghic1 )... If I would be the manager of those casinos I would feel ashamed for such a behaviour. This is unacceptable and could not be appologized in any ways...
I just hold on contacting them, because they shall know, that there are people who do not give up and let such things been done with them! Although it doesn't make them to pay me.
I told them, that if they think anyone would pay in their own money, if they need so much time for a simple payout,which can take (as it is in other good casinos) within a few minutes!...

just the information that nobody from the escalation team answers me any longer.

6 weeks after approval.

I have no words for such an ashaming behaviour.

They just hold me on.
 
I didn't get any answer till now as well... The suporter told me (the last time I spoke to him),that the casino DO PAY... perhaps they really do, but when is written in the stars... o_O.
My sister played at such a casino,too(I think it is the same group,don't know the name of the casino anymore) and didn't got the money (it is now half a year ago) AND she had to deposit 25€,also this money haven't been payed out! ...

So we only can wait and hope,that we get the money some time... :-//

Yes, it is behavior that is shameful and places like these need to be shut down!!

I really really was surprised having the message in my emailaccount, that I have recieved money...

I don't know what to say, only this: Magic1, keep hoping!!! As I know, the casinos are in the same group, so perhaps (I really really hope that for you) they will pay you out as well!!
