Yes this is also,what makes me angry, they always dont answer the questions, they always say the standard things, nothing specific to what you have asked!! I had written to the payout-department and got an email, this is what they have answered:
Unfortunately, the payment information is has not been posted in your
account.
I will send a note to the finance department with your account information,
and as soon as I get a response from them I will go ahead and pass that
along to you.
A representative will be contacting you with all corresponding details
within the next 24 hours. If you are not contacted please feel free to send
an email to: [email protected] for updates.
If you have any further questions or concerns please let me know.

Really??! They don't have any inforamtions yet?! Can't believe in that, till now I haven't an answer from the escalation...
