I also got my free $5 today, made the playthrough and it's time to cashout...the only thing i forgot to send was the faxback form, i send in my doc's...lol, silly me. yep i send in the fax back form, got a reply back saying which method i used when i send in my documents, so i resend them in but still no reply back. And still can't cash out....i keep sending an email to them, no reply back..
i don't know how long i have to wait still, it's been 8hrs already n i still can't cash out, still says declined. :sad:

Be patient Hun the first time I cashed out there it took a while, but after that first cashout it's been a breeze:kiss:

what addy are you using to send them e-mails?
I know they have problems to get e-mails from yahoo addys, and some msn and hotmail too.
there might be more email providers which just don't go through.
You can also try to send to [email protected]
As far I know you may cashout 10 times the bonus, means $50 for a 5 free bonus.

This is was i got from support: "However, you have not included any means for withdrawal on the fax back form. Please include this under the processors section of the form and re-submit"
It's not that easy for me to do this, i had to borrow a scanner and printer and it toke a while, this is too difficult for me. I'm gonna just stop this.
