Is this Really True??

1 Free Chance at Casino Classic
Me and Hubby thank everyone for their support and input on this matter. I am letting my board admins see what they can do before I go to the extreme of contacting their software providers - licensing - and any other available resources.
I vow to have this matter resolved or do everything humanly possible to ensure they NEVER do this to another player!

And Marina we have kept all correspondence and I have a complete printout of the detailed transaction history if you need it!

It's just amazing with all this. I really hope there is some kind of error on their part.

I really would like a rep to come to this thread and respond.

Marina, a huge thank you for following this through.

As you can see from the chats and emails my husband gave them more than enough times to correct what they were saying but they continued to hold firm to these ludicrous statements. I felt there was no other option but to put this matter before the gaming public.
If this is how they intend to treat USA players then their treatment of All Players will soon be the same.
My deepest gratitude to this board and staff for allowing this matter to be posted without censorship!!
In my opinion this speaks volumes for the care you take in your responsibility to your players and members and I take my hat off to you!

Just curious, wouldn't the wagering requirements be $1053 total? Isn't the playthrough calculated deposit+bonus X 30 = playthrough?

I have been under the impression that with most bonuses, when you take a bonus, your deposit becomes part of the bonus amount and must be wagered too by whatever requirements there are.

so deposit + bonus = $35.10 multiplied by 30x wagering requirements equals $1053.

This may not be the case at every casino, but alot of the ones i play at that seems to be the case.

Like i said before, another reason to keep it simple and play bonus free.

Bonus Account Terms and Conditions also include:
1.Bonus amounts credited to a Player's bonus account are subject to 30 times play through before they may be cashed in.

As far I know, at most Microgaming Casinos you have to playthrough the Bonus 30 times,
Not Bonus + deposit.

I know RTG casinos have it diffrent, i. e. bonus + deposit must be wagered 20 times.

It turned out that there were also free spins, which have been played while the other bonus wagering requirements have not been met. Winnings of free spins go also to a bonus balance, so then there were 2 bonuses to play through.

There was then 0,1 cent left in this casino account, and this was still a bonus.
Since there were still another 24,05 in wagering to meet.
If you play your account on 0,00, there will not be anymore a wager requirement from an old bonus.

Wyldgirl , I sent you a pm with a full explanation.

Re: Is this Really True?? RESOLVED

yes i got Wayne's message right after coming here. This is the explaination of wagering and bonuses (thought i would post it so others are clear how it works!

I would like to start off by apologizing for the mass amount of confusion that has been created regarding wagering requirements and the earning of loyalty points. Please allow me to clarify this for you and if you have any questions, let me know.

Firstly I would like to address the matter with the Bonus you received for the amount of $8.10.

Standard wagering requirements for a Bonus is 30 times for the amount received. This would simply mean 8.10 x 30 = 243. Thus 243 is the amount of credits to be wagered in order to meet the wagering requirement on the said Bonus. The accumulation on the wagering requirements start the moment the Bonus is credited to your account. This means that any and all wagers placed, whether it be with your Cash- or Bonus balance, it will apply. Any wagers placed prior to the Bonus being added to the account will not count towards the wagering requirement on the Bonus.

We did a full audit on the account for you to see what happened regarding the Bonus balance and the wagering.

When you made the deposit for the match offer received via e-mail, Bonus for the amount of $8.10 was credited, you met the wagering requirements on 9/4/2010 at 7:03:48 and the Bonus was added to your Cash balance as a result. Your final play-through achieved at this point was 686.58.

You were also offered a 30 Freespins Bonus with the match offer on your first deposit. These spins are considered a Bonus, this means that all the winnings made on this will be added to the Bonus balance and will be subject to wagering requirements.

Keeping in mind that wagering only start accumulating once the Bonus has been added to the Bonus balance, from the Freespins given on the game Loaded, a total of $6.82 in winnings were made. This means that extra wagering requirements have been added as a result of these winnigs. Thus 6.82 x 30 = 204.60 in additional wagering was required for the Bonus winnings from the Freespins. At the end of your play where you only has $0.01 left, you achieved 180.55 in play-through, leaving you with 24.05 in wagering to achieve.

You may view the Bonus winnings made from the Freespins by opening the PlayCheck facility. You will find these in Session number 110411, page 42, transaction number 5756 through 5781.

I truly hope this clears up any confustion that has been caused.

Best regards,
Wayne

===

to conclude:
My husband and I are both very clear on how it all works now which is exactly as we kept saying it was in all the chats and emails but my problem is this casino's staff although being sent the exact facts that you see above minus the spins bonus continued to be rude and condecending. And even though it is admitted that it caused "mass amount of confusion" I saw nothing offered to him in the way of an "Sorry we put you through that" and I am just no longer at all impressed with this casino.

FYI for players - if you take a bonus and/or free spins make sure they apply at beginning of play and do the spins right away in order to have a better chance of meeting the wager req!!
So those places that take hours or next day get % back leave them alone and play bonus free!!

OMG My hubby is soo smart. I was so glad to get a coherent reply from them that it made me forget the whole thing that started this!

If you go up where i posted the detailed transaction it shows

#5200 the wager on the $8.10 bonus was met
and he didn't play the free spins till #5752 so all the time playing in between there should have been zero balance in the bonus account and thats where the problem came as the bonus account NEVER said zero!! and before the spins were played it should have!

so no the original problem it is still unresolved.

Must have been an error in bonussystem?!

Wyldgirl, you are in touch now with the Red Flush Rep, please let him know about this.

I replied to his PM with same thing I posted to you without the personal note at bottom as i am professional! (even when they aren't)!

And he as much as admits the mictake if you read his reply he NEVER says anything about it ever reaching zero just when what was played but that in itself shows there is a gap where over $500 was wagered and he hit these during that time but could not cash out on any as the bonus was still showing in the bonus account! As you can see they are all after wager is met and before spins were played. I kept telling him to cash it out when he hit and he would say I can't i still have wager left. And since we judge our wager requirement by what is left in bonus account well now you see what happened clearly!

Isnt the whole point of a bonus to give you more to play with?

WR is always calculated deposit + bonus amount x WR = playthrough WR

it makes no sence that you claim a bonus, play with just your cash 1st which doesnt count towards WR, then as soon as you lose your cash and get onto your bonus (which is less than the deposit) it starts counting towards wr

Sadly though thats the state of casinos today....any tactic for a quick buck, support staff are no longer as understanding and no longer is the customer always right at casinos

Wyldgirl, I just hear from my Red Flush contact that Microgaming audited your account.
He will send you the report. All seems to be ok, dear.
