Recently I lost $1500 on internet poker (I have $750 left) [Total bankroll $2250]

So that why I disappeared last 2 week.........
Anyone else who lost more than this...?

It hurt my bankroll, my emotion, and my feeling.

Seem like I hit very large bad streak on all of my account and it made me tilt and make situation worst...
Actually I think my play didn't bad at all but lost many big pot while hold bigger hand againt the bigger hand...

So this expereince really teach me how important of bankroll management is...
But IMO I think luck is the hugh part of poker too... so I may quit poker( I mean
not serious poker but casual...) only play for fun.... so I will back to the board soon
after my emotion back to stable. :hugs:

Hi m8, taking a break is a good thing when you hit such a run,
but you can't completely give it up totally. Yes, when such steaks happen,
it really can hurt the bankroll, and your confidence can struggle. I once lost 8 times in a row
with AA pre-flop, and lost some huge pots along the way, i wouldn't change how i played
them cause i got all my money in with the best hand just about every hand
pre flop.

But poker is funny, and win a losing streak happens like this, you have to step back and
look exactly how you played certain hands and if a better way was possible.

Good luck on getting confidence back, as sometimes this could be one of the hardest tasks. Things will turn around, but because with your bankroll until it does.

I am sorry to hear that.

I have been leaving poker for a while also because the current financial climate causes me a far too bigger risk to carry on playing poker for a while. I've been trying to stay away from all things poker, including BP sadly, to stop the urge to play poker.
