Just sharing my experience at mr green's casino - mrgreen.com

I joined about a week ago, deposited £30 (+75p deposit charge) with the intention of playing as soon i had deposited.

Sadly for me there was a bonus added as well for £30 (forced 1st deposit bonus with 100x WR :O), of course because I wanted to play right away and they only have email support I noticed in the "bonus" part of the site that it was listed there, so i was guessing if I had won I would be able to cashout and then just lose the bonus.

Lucky for me on my 1st few spins I won over £200, so I emailed about cashing out and they told me I now had no choice but to continue playing and couldnt cashout a penny until I had met the 100x (£3000) WR.

I read in the terms it clearly shows....

Wagering on Video Poker or any Table Game

This clearly shows and says basically that wagering on games like blackjack is allowed but would not count towards WR

Off I went and played all sorts of games, blackjack and slots. Since the site doesnt tell you how much you have to wager and have left to wager I kept having to email them to ask which they said was fine.

After many many hours of play I had met the wr and had a final balance of nearly £700.

I asked support about cashing out and they said I could cashout the entire balance with no problems.

I cashed out and they asked for documents which I sent in and they accepted all of them.

After waiting 2 days where my withdraw showed as "pending still" and could be reversed I emailed them again to ask how long it would take... they said:

"I can confirm that your withdrawal has now been processed and the funds should be available in your account shortly"

I logged into my account after and saw that they had cancelled my withdraw and its back on my account.

Once again I have emailed them asking why this has happened and am still awaiting a reply.

I cannot think of any reason why my withdraw was cancelled by them... I had met WR, I had sent in my documents that had been approved and all customer support members who replied to my emails told me 100% I can cashout and my account is in good order.

The only thing I can think of is that blackjack was not allowed. However on the site and in their terms it does not say this at all. It just says it doesnt count towards WR. If it was the case support surely would of seen that I had played blackjack when checking how much I have wagered and of course told me.

I will update this thread when I know more off them but it looks like they are praying I lose it all and are using every single tactic to make sure I have a high chance of blowing it

oh and just to add the games are highly risky. There are bugs galore. I played battleship and won free spins. Everytime a torpedo spun in the game would entirely freeze, and I would have to close it, restart the game and then it would give me the rest of the free spins until I hit another torpedo then would freeze again and I would have to keep repeating the process. Many other games just said things like "cannot buy in, contact customer support". Then on kitty glitter after a few spins the game would freeze.

I also played their monopoly 3 line slot, about 70 spins without a win so i closed it.

Thanks for the warning Sparkz, hope you get your win.

Never heard of that casino so far, just checking out the site and cannot find anything bout promotions, where do they say that you get automatically 100% to your 1st deposit.

Odd site!

I have removed link to them from your post.

Thanks for the reply.

It does seem very odd. Half of the info you would expect is missing.

Havent had an email reply. I know people have been paid before but they have no excuse not to pay me.

In my account under bank transfer withdrawl it clearly says 2-5 days. So cancelling my withdraw when i have done exactly what they have asked isnt doing them any favours especially when previous support staff said it had been processed

As an update they finally replied after 3 emails

they told me because it was done manually it is going into my bank but shows in my main balance still.... weird isnt it? what happened if I gambled with that balance and lost some of it? Would they not pay me the full amount? is it just them lying saying it has been paid to me but really its still pending? who knows but as long as I see it in my bank ill be ok.

I still dont recomend them at all... to summarise it:

No live support!!! (only email support than can be slow)

Harsh forced 1st deposit bonus (bonus is 100% and wr is a hefty 100X before you can cashout a penny)

No way of knowing how much you have wagered towards your WR (they say you have to keep emailing support for them to calculate it which takes them ages. Its almost as if they are sat at the desk with a calculator adding it all up)

Half of the info that should be on the site isnt there

Some buggy games (as I mention above, they freeze at certain intervals, or give errors when you try and load them... also 70 spins on their 1 slot without a single win = suspiscious)

Poor payout system where you cashout still shows on your account even after them "approving" your withdrawl

Very few withdrawl methods (all I saw was bank transfer)

They charge for deposits (10% or something like that, was charged 75p on £30 deposit)

I haven't heard anything about Mr. Green not paying, I've deposited there once and played Excalibur... got some small wins to keep playing, but didnt get any damn freespins ;D

They added Moneybookers to their deposit and withdrawal methods some time ago so to me that is enough.

If I've understood correctly Mr. Green has been around for a couple of years, but only now just expanded their operations to Finland. As far as I know Mr. Green's Finnish operations are run by the person who was PepsiCo. Finland's ex-chief of marketing, so the site doesn't really worry me...

I think if you do everything by the book you'll get your money out of Mr. Green, haven't won from them yet so I can't tell you from personal experience, at least not yet :p

Just telling you what I know :) I wouldn't put my life on the line for it, but just giving some input.

I was too late to edit my previous post so here's a new one:

The finnish site says the following (a harsh translation :p): "Maybe you don't want to worry about if you've wagered your bonus or not. You might want to withdraw your winnings when you want to. If so contact us immediately after you've received your bonus so we can remove it from your account.

also the wagering for finnish customers is 25x bonus. Maybe there's a difference for players from different countries, I don't know... It was 25x bonus when I played there recently.

Oh and they did have an ad campaign here in Finland... heard about them on the TV and the radio. Not sure if it's still running.

Hurts my nutsack to hear or see casinos advertise anywhere but the internets.

Just thought I'd share that too... the advertising part. Seems they've put some money into telling the world that they're an online casino and they want your money... or something like that.

I dont doubt that you can ask them to remove the bonus but the thing is you deposit because you want to gamble... at that moment, not have to email them, them wait for them to reply. The least they should have with this being the case is live support (their email support isnt even 247, only to midnight, meaning if you deposited after midnight and didnt want a bonus, you would have to wait quite a while before you can play.

strange that its on 25x for you, mine was definately 100x WR because I got £30 bonus but in the bonus section it says £3000 WR (even though that £3000 doesnt go down as you play so you know how much you have wagered)... Very harsh for a 1st bonus. Even after winning over £200 on 1 spin (got free spins bonus on dungeons and dragons, with x9 multiplier and a lot of stacked wilds came along) and winning nice amounts on other slots (including having 4 scatters, and retriggering free spins that came close to a total of 100 spins) if it wasnt for my extremely lucky £100 a hand goes on blackjack then I would of never met WR.

Maybe as well the option to withdraw via moneybookers is country determined cause the only thing showing in my withdrawl section was a bank transfer.

I'm just taking a guess here, but could it be that other withdrawal options appear after you have used that method to deposit?

Because they do have Neteller as a deposit method too, but that's not in the withdrawal options for me, only bank wire and Moneybookers. Maybe it opens up when you use it to fund your account.

As an update they have ripped me off :(.

Im not gonna put exact figures of money that iv won/been ripped off out of but i'll just do an example.

Lets say I withdrew £700 (it was near that anyways), today the money went in but it was £28 short :O

It says clearly in MR Greens terms withdrawls are free, next my bonus was £30 so it wouldnt be that the bonus was non cashable (in fact I believe the bonus is cashable anyway)

Hopefully they can refund the difference onto my account and withdraw it for me

just to update, they got back in touch and explained it was due to their euro to £ account error or something but have said they will send the outstanding amount :D

still wont play there again though I dont think since the buggy games problem and other problems I mentioned

Upon playing MR green again (Since I was bored and had $460 loss when I reversed my withdraw at vegas regal grrr lol, at least i'll be qualifying for their next 10 or so freebies lol) there is 1 positive I can mention. Which is probably the only thing it has going for it.

The blackjack games.

Blackjack there helped me cashout what I had cashed out previously. It was like win after win and a lot of decent cards. This time it was the same. It seemed if I bet a high hand (£75+) I was suprised to see I had blackjack.

If I lost a hand or it seemed like it was "drying up" I just switched to another 1 of their blackjack games where it would pay nicely again.

Even when I played that face up style blackjack game where you see the dealers cards I had 20 and so did he, so I hit (if you push you lose in that game) and what do you know an ace came in :D

So I cashed out quite a large chunk of cash again

Once again maybe I was wrong about even thinking for a second they are not as bad as i thought.

The previous withdraw I made (near £700) obviously as I mention was not paid in full due to their payment system problems with euro to pound. They assured me the rest would be paid which will total the rest of what they owe in 1 payment.

A week or so later and they paid me an incorrect amount again!!! now its a few £ outstanding.

They havent replied to my recent emails either.

Some might say its only a few quid so let it go but the reality of it is that if I wanted to be paid a few quid less then I would of requested a payout of a few quid less.

They havent just made a cockup of my payment once but twice and if they dont deal with it all fairly I will have to contact where they are regulated (maltese lottery) and make sure as many people as possible know about this

Well not to take anyones side by no means in this situation but depending on how long it took them to process these payments, the currency exchange rates could have easily dropped or raised whichever affected you within a week or 2. I have heard the Euro has been on a steady decline for the past couple weeks so that could be part of the issue too.

Its true about the Euro/dollar Dmoney
For 3 months ago you get here 77 US Dollars for 50 Euros.
Now...57 US Dollars for 50 Euros.

I would expect the send money in the correct currency!?

MR Green - Aiming to keep our customers happy.

As the UK Country Manager for Mr Green in the UK, I wanted to respond to some of the comments (both good and bad on this forum). Firstly thank you for all of the positive responses, we recently launched in the UK and we are certainly aiming to be a site that people enjoy playing and feel secure and comfortable with. We are a very well established Swedish brand with a good reputation in many parts of Europe. We aim to have the same impact in the UK and will certainly do whatever we can to keep our players happy.

I certainly don’t want to make excuses for the problems that some users have mentioned but as new business in the UK we have been experiencing some teething issues. We are working on these and many have now been rectified. We are continually looking to improve and provide the best service possible for the players on the Mr Green site.

As far as any bonus is concerned there is a clear bonus section (not within the T&C’s) on the Mr Green website, once you have logged in you will see this text.

Also we currently offer email customer support but we are also looking to offer an instant chat function on Mr Green and telephone support within the next few months.

I hope you enjoying playing at Mr Green and will certainly be on point to discuss any feedback you have on the site.

Thanks

Kat McClure
