yes it is very agrevating when you get morons who can't follow some simple rules. it's not hard to respect and follow rules, especially when BP is doing something so nice for us members. these idiots ruin it for the rest of us and I totally support you doing what needed to be done BP!

It is so sad to see that some people are so ignorant that they basically got to steal from this forum and it's members by sharing a pw that is created to protect our very own guys and gals....but alas some are also so lazy, because as dmoney knows i am a member of a poker team where i had to make 50 quality posts before i could play, and here we only need 10 and some are to lazy to do that...the cheap people are the funniest because they will steal pw to freerolls when they could just as easily sign up for $1 and $2 tournies, if those are to expensive ya probably shouldn't be playing poker at all, imho.

Sometimes we have to hand out the pass also to new members to make the min. players.
And with new members you can never be really sure.

Surely NO Freeroll is much better than a RUINED Freeroll, where a load of password thieves walk away with YOUR money?

I was lucky enough to cash in your lovely gift of a freeroll and realise how lucky I was to be allowed in but although the vast majority of new members (like me) can be trusted but if you give the password to us you are going to get the untrustworthy, password-leakers. I know a load of trustworthy new members (including me) would miss out and but at least you wouldn't have a freeroll ruined for you LOYAL members.

The solution? Only give the password to reliable and trustworthy members- set hire criteria and requirements.

Its pretty sad that people try and ruin free tourneys by sharing the passwords. I think tickets and tokens would work good, most sites have them to stop people from sharing passwords.

Tickets are a great way to prevent pw theives
but some poker rooms they are not available, and some now i'm finding out
have certain requirements to allow an affiliate of that room to use them.
So
sometimes even they may be available, you can not always get permission to use them.​
