I had same problem with the Rivals some time ago
Mike and I did make by mistake 2 accounts at same casino,
I was then locked at all Rivals,
I did send then an e-mail to each of their casinos and explained and appologied.
I got my accounts reopened.

I also believe they sorting out players who only claim free chips at all casinos and never deposit then at any of them.

I would suggest to everyone who is blocked, to try to get this straihtened out
e-mailing to each casino nice and ask why you are blocked is the only way.
Its pitty if you cant play at Rival Casinos, there are coming more and more as you can see.
And many of them offering nice free chips, and the games are great.

My account was locked on sign up also and they said it was for multiple accounts but I only have one there and had njust opened it...they also would not provide me with any of the info on any of these multiple accounts...they said it was because they were under too many different names...I only use one name...mine...I think they are having the same problem as that other new casino 7spins...because everyone logs in from the banners on the forums..it looks like it is coming from the same IP address...at least that is what 7spins management explained to me with their apology for locking my new account...

I know that what I am about to suggest
is going to be time consuming,
But it will work as I had had the
same problem early on...
E-mail each Casino Manager
and ask that they look into your account
to make sure that you only have 1 account
and 1 e-mail addy with them...
Tell them what has happened and
ask for their helpin fixing this.
Especially any Rival that you Deposit at.
I actually wrote one e-mail and sent it to each.

Rival casino"S can be a pain in the butt.I had three pc"s in the house and had know idea my g/f son was also playing on them.So they locked me out also.I look at it whatever theres other casinos out there.

If you have multi accounts at any of the other rivals you will be locked out at all.

About using our banners, this has nothing to do with an IP dear
this are only links to track , your IP stays same. The IP is given from your internet provider and stays same no matter where you click anything.
Did 7spins tell you such a thing about the IP?
then I sure send them a complaint why they are providing people with such false info.

As Vicky already said
I suggest you make 1 nice e-mail and send it to each of the Rival Casinos
maybe you can clear the situation and can play then again at the Rivals.

Folks, Rival software is very tight as far as accounts being locked.

You can download one casino but your Icon will show another.

I too had my accounts locked. I wasn't sure why, so I sent an email off
to all of them. There was a glitch and I was able to download all and
claim the bonus.

But you have to keep in mind that you can not always claim a bonus
without supporting them; ie....making a deposit. Rivals are very
generous with their bonuses but you have to show your support.

You can't always expect to get something free without giving a bit​
.

If you are a legitimate player and not a bonus abuser, I'll write a generic email for you
to send off to ALL the rivals. Please PM me and I"ll send you the letter via pm.

They will want to know all the email addy's and usernames that are associated with
you and your computer. Keep in mind that your IP address and computer ID are recorded.​
