There is $10 free at a new casino called Old Chicago. Now you are supposed to forward them the email you received and in the subject put "Old Chicago Grand Premiere". But i didnt get an email so i just sent them an email at [email address] after sign up and got it. It's a microgaming.

ok, i got the free money and it was $12, not 10. cool. i waited about 7 hours. well i send them an email at 12:20am, went to bed. Check my email after i got up today. And they have send me a replay back at 5:42am this morning. Here's the email i got.

Does this casino have a support team , i can't even get help , from this casino

i sent 2 emails this morning at 11:30 am EST , asking for help with my account.

its now 8:10 pm EST , and have not got any emails back from them !!!

And you can't even call them , no phone numbers listed any where


If this keeps up , im not going to play here , thats for sure

I also signed up for this casino on the 5th of January and still have got nothing...no reply or money either!

Maybe only certain countries were invited to this??...I am in Canada...:sad:....
anyone else having a problem trying to receive this freebie?
