In another blow to anti-gambling opponets a software has now been developed that blocks underage youth from accessing online gambling sites.

BetStopper, a free application that is being offered to Nova Scotia families by the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation, allows parents to choose the day and time that their children can access the internet. Thereby always allowing for direct supervision. And the software goes even further by constantly monitoring a list of blocked websites to see if the children are trying to access them.

This eliminates one of the major arguments of United States lawmakers who said that online gambling allowed children to gamble.

How much longer before the U.S. Government comes around?
