Thats awesome dear! Now, wish i could
finally make a legitiment effort to quit myself. I know i can fight temptation
if i really wanted to, and tried real hard, but when i think about them,
i really want to have one, and i give in instead of fighting a while longer.

I'll get to it soon though, when i think about how much money i spend
a year on smokes, its disgusting! :lmao:​

Thanks Guys, This year alone 2009 my ex husband almost died , he has COPD . he had carbon monoxide in his lungs and was on a rrespirator for days. Then last week my daughter in laws grandmother had a massive heart attack, Plaque in her arteries , doctor told her to STOP immediately. Well I have 8 grandchildren with another due in March that I would love to see grown up. So I seriously love to smoke but not more than my family.
Everyday is a new day , chipping away at my addiction

One day my grandmother who used to smoke a lot quit and I asked her how she did it this is what she said...I don't have money to buy so can't smoke. wow! that sounds too simple but is it really? LOL.
