If you're reading this, then you may have questioned yourself at some point in life. We encourage you to read the following to the end, take a few days and think about it.
Then come back here and read it again. Our hope is if gambling has consumed your life, then maybe something in this article will "click" for you.

Bonus Paradise is always available if you just wish to post anything. Sometimes talking about it helps.

This seems like a pretty simple question. But in the end, and if you are truthful with yourself,
it could make a life changing experience. We don't want to scare you, but we want to offer you hope. Only you as the gambler can decide.

Gambling in any form should be a means of entertainment and enjoyment.

If you can answer yes to any of the below statements; then, maybe you should reassess your gambling habits..these are general questions.

We'll pose these to you.......

  • Secrecy over money and finances and playing online
  • Desired alone time at the computer
  • New desire to control household finances
  • Overdue or unpaid bills
  • Unexplained loans or cash advances
  • Lack of money, despite the same income and expenses
  • Unusual increase in credit card activity
  • Asking friends and family for money
  • Missing jewelry, cash, or valuables
  • Dwindling savings or assets
  • Missing bank or credit card statements
  • Calls or letters from bill collectors
  • Unexplained cash, especially when there are unpaid bills

I do not really gamble too much although I have fun when I do. But these are some great tips for other people who either suspect that they or someone else that they know may have a problem with gambling. Thanks for the links.

What a great post! I love gambling but unfortunately it is very limited for me I mean, $$$ I have two kids and my hubby won't ever let me touch our bank accounts to gamble so I use cash to buy prepaid cards not so often(poor me). Sadly to say I have never won anything from any casinos so I decided long ago that gambling has to begin to have fun till the end.

Don't worry hun, one of these days you'll win something, but when
you do, remember, the only way to actually win is to hit
that cashout button, hehe.

Biggest thing that you are so right on is that it needs to be for enjoyment
and fun, as long as you are gambling responsibly, then you are on the right track!

I love playing poker,
if you believe you have an edge over your opponents, you certainly have a better winning chance in the long term than any random casino game.

Sometimes i question myself that i shouldn't spend so much time in gambling.I should give more importance to studies and my girlfriend, instead of playing poker online 4/5 hours in a day.I have to conciliate the things better. :p

I have done that question a few times, probably because i play mostly freerolls but i win money at them so i think this way, if you play lots of hours at the begining, at long term you will be better and win more, dont needing too play so many hours, i hope im not being..............

Yes, I have questioned my gambling problem. However, I didn't really get in trouble with losing large sums of money straight from my wallet. My problem was when I'd get a big bankroll and tilt and keep playing at increasingly higher stakes. The stress was getting to me, so I'm simply a freeroll chaser now, and life's been a lot better. Now poker doesn't give me a gambling problem, but simply playing it is still an addiction :)

Yep man it's better to devote your time more on your girlfriend and studing not gambling, i play this game not gamble, just when have free time, becouse i study and work at the same time. And gambling is very bad if you don't have limit and don't know when to stop.

In my country there is adage(proverb) that says:
"Mother is not getting angry becouse her son is gambling, but becouse he is trying to draw back lost money and put everything on."

Yes!

The Answer is Yes and Yes!

Yes i have questioned my gambling and YES i'm Responsible.

I use something like 25$ by month for poker. Other tournaments are freeroll or money i win with freeroll

So i'm Responsible.

Nice day

Frederic

In poker or casino games i never had a problem.sports betting is another thing...
i started winning a few years ago and it became an addiction.
now i'm over it even though i bet from time to time.
for me poker is purely a relaxation, as some of you, i only play freerolls.
