You just have to sign up with the website to the free spins. I notice someone else on the forum was able to get his free spins.
 
I made my first deposit with them a few weeks ago.I called them on the phone asking about the free spins and they said new players dont get them.But the following day i got 40 free spins on cashapillar and won a whole 2 bucks.lol
