I just got the e-mail you see below,
as for now we dont know if really all the Rival Casinos will stop to accept Players from Canada.
We will keep you updated.

I am writing today to inform you of a change to Casino operations for
Canadian players at Paradise 8 and Cocoa Casino.

Beginning February 1st, 2009, Canadian players will not be allowed to
register new accounts with any Rival powered casino. Existing Canadian
players will not be permitted to deposit in the casino from this point on, and will be ineligible for any bonuses.

Rival executives have made the decision to cease operations with Canadian
players because of a request from many of their suppliers located in Canada. For various reasons, these suppliers have asked Rival to sever ties with Canadian players and Rival has agreed.

February 28, 2009 at midnight EST will see all existing Canadian player accounts suspended indefinitely. Players have been urged to use the month of February to complete any wagering on active promotions and withdraw funds from their accounts. Any funds left in their account after February 28th, 2009 will not be cashable and the player will not be allowed to login to their account.

I got the same email from pantasia, mayan fortune and simon says casinos. This is a bunch of b*llshit...(sorry). Looks like its gonna be all the rivals, hope all canadians stop playing there as of today. I now know what it feels like to be a u.s. citizen... and it sucks!

Lol i got the e-mails from them also and my opinion is who really cares.See i looked into online casino"s awhile ago and found out a few interesting things.Most if not all mircogaming casino"s have there severs here in Canada.All of them are locate on indian resevres which means our government cant touch them.And also means if i remember right they cant tax them either.But thats how it goes.lol

Ive got about 4 emails so far from rival casinos with this news.I took all the rival casinos off my puter this morning cause I figure it will be ALL rivals that ban Canadians.I'm with buddy that posted above me.......who cares.It just makes me wonder the reason.Maybe I won too much moooooolaaaa :lmao:

Anyways.............there lots of other casinos and poker rooms for us Canucks. :beer:
