It is with a pinch of the heart that we sadly report that one of our favorite online casinos, SuperLenny Casino is closing down.

The reason given by the group’s owner is that it did not make the cut after an extensive strategic portfolio review.
As such, we can expect to see SuperLenny cease to exist as a casino and sportsbook by the end of this current year.

GiG Affiliates, the affiliate group for SuperLenny operator said in an announcement to the industry: “GiG has concluded a strategic review of its gaming operators vertical to make it more sustainable in the long term and increase profitability.”

According to the announcement, some of GiG’s targeted geographic markets are deregulating, and this will lead to industry consolidation. As such, to improve competitiveness and efficiency, GiG will strengthen its brand positioning by prioritizing its strongest brands. Unfortunately, SuperLenny Casino is not considered one of these.

“In line with this,” wrote GiG Affiliates, “SuperLenny will cease to exist as a casino and sportsbook before the end of 2018.”

What will happen to players who currently hold accounts at SuperLenny Casino, many may be wondering.

SuperLennny players will be migrated to other brands belonging to the group. These include top brand names such as Kaboo Casino, Rizk Casino, Guts Casino and Highroller Casino. Each one of these casinos is an excellent choice for players and they will receive the same high standards of entertainment and rewards that they received at SuperLenny Casino – if not more.

The migrated players will have their affiliate tag transferred to the new casino/player unless they have already opened an account at the casino and are tagged to another affiliate.
Once the player is migrated to the new brand, he or she will continue to generate commission based on revenue share as per the agreement that it had with the SuperLenny brand.

GiG Affiliates said that it would be discontinuing CPA deals that were signed to bring in more players to SuperLenny Casino, and this would take effect immediately.
“All current revenue share deals will continue until the last day of operations at SuperLenny and will be migrated to other brands within the GiG ecosystem,” noted the announcement.
The note ended off by thanking all affiliates for the past years as they embarked with GiG Affiliates on the SuperLenny journey.

“We wish SuperLenny all the best in casino heaven,” wrote the group.
