Five more representatives have signed on to be co-sponsors of legislation meant to repeal the existing gambling ban in the United States.

While it has been acknowledged that the new legislation will not go into discussion until probably September of this year, because of the fact that Congress is currently trying to figure its' collective way out of the economic crisis facing the country, the fact that there is rapidly growing bipartisan support for the measure should be very encouraging for all those that live in the U.S.

The growing consensus is that it is not a matter of if the current law will be repealed but only a matter of when.
