another bad experience, this time its mainly against incompetant support.....
I had the signup bonus. Got my balance to over $60. I asked support if I had met WR and can cashout.... Obviously a usual thing at casinos...
They had no clue. It was like nobody had ever asked them for WR before. Obviously any casino would be able to answer the simple questions concerning WR but support had even told me they have no idea and have no way of finding out.
I tried to cashout... nothing... wouldnt work so of course I continued to play and lost all....as to no suprise.
The "bad news" in this was that a casino that dont even know if WR has been met or not should simply not be giving any bonus.
Potentially some poor player could deposit 100's and claim bonuses but without even the casino support being able to check weather WR is met or not this could well be seen as a tactic for the player to lose.
Thumbs down to this place... New they may be but im sure people will not appreciate this at all
