i have seen on other forums where players get promos with free money after they deposit i have made so many deposits with them and never even get a free 20 unless its a promo that everyone gets do you use the deposit promos with your deposits or just deposit i never use the promo deposit bonues think that is my problem just wondering feel left out:sad:

I'm not real sure why some get bonuses and some don't. I did claim the bonuses on my last 2 deposits when i got the free $20, but really can't see this being it. Also, because most of the time, i don't always claim the bonuses and sometimes get the bonuses.

But, there are times when i don't get the bonuses, like the Mother's Day $10 bonus they gave out this past weekend, i didn't get it. So, not sure how how the determine who gets bonuses and who doesn't , and this goes for all casinos. I play quite often at Villento's and never once got the freespins they would give out every Tuesday.

So, i just take it all with a grain of salt, and if i don't get bonuses when it seems all others are getting them, i may decide to play at another casino for a bit, before coming back to them. Sometimes if they notice you not depositing in a while, they will tailor an exclusive bonus just for you, alot of times including a free chip.

I know, it seems they never notice you making a deposit, but they always notice when you stop. :lmao:

you need to ask for a managers review and ask for a chip or two and explain your feeling left out. They will take care of you then!

i wrote 2 emails with no response so i logged in to my account and all my promos were gone except a 300% deposit bonus guess they didnot like my inquiring oh well thanks for listening:confused:

It might be that your account, your name has been flagged within the Rival Database dear.
Maybe you did sometimes claim to many free chips only, ?
All Rival Casinos do use one database, and its up to each casino to decide, deny players then for free bonuses.

But, hey, a 300% Bonus is great!
I not getting often such a good deposit bonus anywhere

300%is great but i usually don't use the deposit offers maybe i will this time but can we use the deposit offers and still enter the contest for vegas regal cash giveaway don't want to mess up on that

thats what i thought love the contests so i will make just deposits with no promos thank you again for answering my question
 
mmek4kids I was just thinking bout something dear.
You won last time with our vegas regal contest the 1st prize $75 well, this does count as a free bonus maybe in the system, and I know casinos check the deposits and the bonuses someone received
and if the free bonus is on max at the moment they send out a freebie you be excluded maybe thats it, but dont quote me on that hon.
 
well after all my complaining i found a 40dollar free chip last night played for awhile but did not hit anything major but free is free:socool:
