right...

I had over $150 ready to cashout at vrc


I cashed out and requested them to NOT make it reversible... I told them to make sure its flushed... they agreed...


anyways I had a request from them for a faxback form...no probs....


I had been busy the past week so couldnt get to a printer... then you know what???

today I checked my account and my withdraw was made reversible....


and of course what happened? I reversed it and lost the lot...


This is another classic example of why i stopped depositing at ANY casino....

my exact words to them was "please flush my withdrawl so it can never be reversed... and make a note on the withdrawl that its never to be reversed"


they said its done...

then now obviously its been put back on my account for me lose


money comes far from easy for me on a job that pays barely £200 a month... and I was expecting that cash to cover my bills... since i was assured it would never be reversible I counted it as my bill money...

n theyve actually gone back on their word


this is probably going to be the final straw for me... no more freebies, no more nothing...

maybe time to request account closure from here too because it has got me that low
 
Sparkz, I wish that ALL casinos would not have a pending for cashouts and let it in the cashier for the player to reverse. Some online casinos like 32 Red Casino do still flush your withdrawal.

In the years I am playing online, I reversed myself a couple times and mostly the money was gone. But I did blame noone else than me for that.

Sorry Sparkz, no offense here, but you post you needed that money really urgently
and you still did not have the strength to not play it. I really think you should at 1st be mad on yourself and maybe you should really stay away from gambling.

Its not really a problem.. its the fact that like 80% of gamblers when a withdrawl is reversible they will reverse it no matter what.

Obviously by myself asking it to be flushed and made non reversible is exactly like me saying to them "hey there, if my withdrawl is reversible i will reverse and lose it... please make sure it can never be reversed" and them agreeing

Thats why for most people the pain is where the withdrawl is reversible and theyre trying to avioud the casino until they are paid...

I had actually had a few beers which had swayed my decision to reverse it....


they didnt honour their word...
 
oh and I forgot to mention... vegas regal specifically flushes withdrawls... so in this incident:

withdrew cash... was reversible... asked support to flush it and make it so it can never be reversed... they said it was done and in my account it sure was no longer reversible


So the key thing im annoyed about is that they said they had followed my request and informed me it could never be reversed... but a few days later the money was put back onto my account as reversible...

I understand, well maybe since you could not send your docs and fax back form soon, the system automatic puts the money back. This could be.

Surely I can understand that you are upset about that

yea that could of been it i think...


potentially it would of been better if they had sent a second request and said on the request the funds would be put back onto my account otherwise since nowhere did it say the funds would be put back on my account

cause techincally when i requested the withdraw it was in reversible state so not in payment queue... then it was flushed so obviously went into the payment queue... when it came to my turn to be paid they asked for the faxback form... really it should of paused there... i should of at least had some warning that it would be put back on my account.. and they know from the past I have always provided faxback forms so there would be no reason for me not to send this 1

Well where does it say that in the terms tho?

understandably their "system" maybe does... but if they make no mention of it in their terms as well as not mention of course in thoese emails then rightfully it cant be valid as such.

I think it was longer than 48 hours until my withdraw was reversible again (maybe 3 days)
