Set up an account with RockBet and the games still do not work!

Finally got a card that works at Casino Share so I deposited after talking to chatconcerning the first deposit bonus , how much, when it would apply, yayaya.
Played about an hour on my deposit and still no bonus so i go back to chat.
Now after losing the deposit they tell me the bonus can not be credited because of a problem with their system!
Now why couldn't they have told me that in the chat when we first spoke??

I have no doubt that CasinoShare will come thru for you, wyldgirl...stuff happens you know, the problem could have happened after you spoke with live chat the first time.

Actually it just might have been! But now let me sy that Casino Share is the best casino I have ever played at!! Their customer support was quick and friendly and the games were so player friendly that i could not believe it!! I wagered a total of over $9000.00 on a $25 dollar deposit!
