Rest Assured: Yako Casino is NOT CLOSING its Doors

We would like to clear up a confusing situation that players may have come across in recent days.
It has come to our attention that some online gamblers were sent an email by EveryMatrix, entitled “YakoCasino Closing Operation”.

We would like to set the record straight for our readers:

Please rest assured that Yako Casino is NOT closing its doors.
The online gambling site is simply changing its licensee and platform. It is not, we repeat, closing down.

This is the email sent to players by EveryMatrix. It was incorrect information, as we will show further on.
You are receiving this email as you are currently a customer of yakocasino.com which represents one of the EveryMatrix's licensed White Label partners.
EveryMatrix is the license holder and platform provider for yakocasino.com. Unfortunately, yakocasino.com is in the process of closing and will stop trading and thus your customer
relationship with this brand will cease shortly. The closing procedure will commence on the 30th of June. During the next period of days, you will be able to login and continue your
activity on yakocasino.com with real funds and your account will still be accessible. You will not however be able to benefit from any new bonuses.

During the closure process of yakocasino.com, your account will be migrated to another website. All real funds left in your account will be transferred to your new player account. However,
please note that we will not transfer any active bonus campaigns which you potentially had with yakocasino.com; therefore, we kindly ask you to forfeit any active bonus campaigns you may have.

Soon after this email was sent out to players, Yako Casino was quick to send out the correct information,
clarifying that the gaming site was not closing down, and was simply
UPGRADING.

"You received an email from EveryMatrix saying that “YakoCasino is closing on the 30th June, 2017”, reads the clarification letter by the online casino.
"Please rest assured that we’re not closing and this information was incorrectly sent out by EveryMatrix."

Yako Casino reports that it is simply changing its licensee and platform, with the same great games from NetEnt and Microgaming, and new games from Amatic Gaming.

"There’ll also be some mouth-watering bonuses on offer from the 1st July 2017 onwards,” promises the online casino.

Yako Casino
tells players that it will be in touch again before the move is made on June 30th 2017.
When the move to the new platform is complete – a process which should take around 5 hours - players will be informed.
