i made a cashout request om january 31. this year, and they told me 2 to 5 days, when i have talked to live support (3times) i was told shortly, soon and early next week... this really takes to long

have any of you had any other experience with them?:sad:

I have had 3 withdrawals from Vegas Regal, the 1st 2 were from comp points and a free chip, to less than 72 hours. The last one which was also made on the 31st was a decent win and it took me until the 4th to get it.

Maybe one reason was because of the end of the month maybe. I know in other businesses, the end of the month is filled with gathering all the month's numbers, profits, losses, etc so maybe why this week has been such a delayed time?

None the less, i Love vegas Regal Casino, but i'm gonna stop playing at places that take so long to play.

I requested a withdrawl form Mayan Fourtune last Friday and I only got my money last night. So thats 1 week. Way too long especailly since the withdrawl was off a free chip and only 42.00. I love Rivals but they really need to change their withdrawl procedures.
